Student Council

As part of the student council you get training around leadership skills and experience working in focus groups with others. These are skills that you will carry with you out into your community and the workplace. They are skills that will give you confidence and benefit you as you prepare to leave high school.

The responsibility of our school council covers things like:

• Running waka assemblies

• Peer support

• Board of Trustees representative

• Sports committee

• Ball committee & planning
